I'm needing to put new tyres on the back of my BMW - 275/30R19's. Currently got Conti Sport Contact 2's. Is there anything else worth looking at or am I as well sticking with these?

I've only just taken the winters off due to the wheels being slightly buckled so will need to run on the summers till I get the winters repaired or replaced.
Think I'll give the MPSS a try.

Have MPSS on the front of the 130i as fitted by the previous owner. They're very sticky and well rated, but I decided a bit overkill for a daily drive. Have fitted Eagle F1 asymmetric 3 to the rear (which bizarrely had Nangkangs) as they seemed a good compromise on cost/grip/wet grip etc... Will replace the fronts before winter sets in properly (we don't get it bad enough on the Ayrshire riviera to really justify winters).

I swear by conti's Neil,

I saw a car the other day with 6p's must be new out?

Quite expensive and relatively poor lifespan, but I personally don't think you get a better tyre for our climate - ran them on the Z4 and M3, once the horrible runflats I have on my 320d die ill be buying contis.

also worth a look is the goodyear eagle f1 assymetric, my mate has them on his z4m and I was very impressed by them too in the rain and the dry.
