Gordon Shedden on pole in an E-Type for the Classic Sports Car Race.
!960's F1 1.5 litres next, most beautiful and simple ever led by the Lotti 23,24,25.
Closed body Sports Racing Cars now, no holding back, sliding them around, bloody marvellous.

Glued to the laptop. DB4GT and DB4GT Zagato into the tyre wall, two E-Types off but just spin, DB4GT just hit a Chevy, F250 GTO at the back of the field, Tom Kristensen in a class of his own, takes over from Joe Macari the Ferrari dealer in a 250LM well back in the field, and just carves his way through to win.
Fcuk F1, this is just brilliant racing, tens of millions of £'s worth of cars on track, driving on the limits, drifting, going off, bouncing off of each other, and it is now almost dark.

Yep great action, really enjoyed the A30 and A35's, great fun with practically no power. Really pleased to see the Ferrari's, Maserati's and Aston's being used in anger. They wouldn't be worth their money if they hadn't been raced in the first place, so if you work on the basis that they are increasing in value because they are being raced, then it's ok to have a repair bill at the end.
I'm putting Goodwood revival on the bucket list.

Just watching the Sports Saloon race.
Tom Kristensen started last on the grid at 29 and won the race with Flash second. Just seems to be a class above everybody else on the track, but there again he is a Le Mans nine time Champion. Track too narrow, no problem just overtake on the grass.

Highlights on ITV4 tonight and tomorrow, into from Dario F was on last night. A very nice segment of him getting a run with Hannu Mikola in the London to Mexico winning Escort - should be on catch-up if your interested.

The owner of the ex Ecurie Ecosse D-type spun it twice before he put it into something solid
