attaching video preview

Hi,

I've been told how to do this before, but age is a bitch and I've forgotten and can't find the post with the advice. So can anyone remind me how you get the preview showing when you up load a you tube video clip in your post.

I remembered to click the youtube tab above, but when I insert the link in between I get nothing.

It's not the most simple, but it's a plugin to the forum software, so not something we can control easily.

You need to strip out the Youtube video ID. If you look at the link, it's the bit that is after "/watch?v=" Basically the jumble of letters after v= in the link.

Thats the bit you insert between the Youtube tags
