Not bad for Old Deer

Clare hates it, £200K more than TT sold for, but if you were in that price band would you look at it?

Love the fact it looks like an industrial unit from the outside. Genuinely I do like that.
Interior not so much.

I can't work out if the inside or outside is worse, it looks like a 2000s community centre. I think they'll have that for a while.

Needs a load of interior design and landscaping looks too stark at the moment... outside looks like a school, not a very nice one but has potential with a bit of imagination and style, could be funky :thumbsup

That's awful.

I've seen nicer community centres.

It's cheap for the size of it I suppose. I seriously doubt you could buy the land, pay the fees and get it built for that price unless you could do most of the work yourself. Even then you'd be doing pretty well.

Nice pool complex.

2.5 acres, no neighbours, furnish it to taste, bio mass heating, bedrooms are big, all en suite, looks like quality construction, certainly love it or hate it, but not ignore it. Not looking of course but still being sent house details from when we were buying.
