Verian asked me and I did not know, so said that I do not think that there is one.
She thought it was Clegg, but then said that it could not be, as a Cabinet Minister would have to be a Conservative.

I immediately though George Osbourne then realised he's Chancellor so it probably wasn't him but it looks like it actually is

Yes, he is also First Secretary of State which would seem to be an alternative to DPM.
