Gumballers arrive in Edinburgh tomorrow between 1800 hrs and 2200 hrs
Out for a blast tomorrow so may as well hunt them down. They arrive into Cairnyan on the 1752 Ferry
According to my spy in the camp. Could be fun watching them on route.

Not exactly sure where you wanted to post this, so put it here :)

Had been posted in classifieds - the one forum where people can't respond. Bit late now, of course.

Pretty boring for them if they are using major roads. Thought that they may take the opportunity of driving NW on some real roads.

If they had been doing that I would have taken time off work just to get some snaps of them doing decent roads. I guess it doesn't tick the fame and attention boxes...

From the tracker yesterday most followed the main roads. Not very exciting....the parties would have to be pretty good to cough up 30-50k or whatever it costs.

They're all on the M6 now. Motorway drive in the rain.

I hear that the Gumpert Appollo was parked in a ditch. It would be too easy to jump to conclusions and start saying "more money than talent" etc.... But I guess he'll have his explanation.

Does seem a pity that they don't use the fun roads, each to their own I suppose. Maybe they are worried about ditches......

I think they do some track work in europe and perhaps even a road with a corner on it. They did get the twisty sections from cairnryan to ayr, which isn't the NW highlands but isn't a bad little stretch. Hardly any fun though in an adventador stuck in traffic and nothing but average speed cameras.

It didn't take too long before the 'money cant buy you common sense and talent' next to the crashed car. Afrojack looked quite amused....

to be fair driving an Apollo in the wet would need a sh17 load of talent.

If they were Gumballers, I think they may have taken a wrong turn a few days ago. :)

Most of them complained quite a lot on their snapchat / periscope live videos of being hassled by police / stopped excessively. 3/4 times in Scotland for a lot of them and even more in Germany. I am more surprised that they seem surprised at the police attention in sticker up supercars at well over 100mph on the hard shoulder (at least 4 of them on the way into London)

It's a little wonder the event doesn't have a great reputation but the parties look bloody fun!

The problem is the attention seeking nature of it. S'pose that goes with supercar ownership for some (not all). They are not really doing anything different to many a bunch of sports car enthusiasts from one make car forums  ... only big difference being that some groups / forums know how not to attract attention rather than seeking it.
