I do not see the point of even putting out this table.
We pay the same rate as the rest of the UK and have the same personal allowances.

At the moment. Until the snp cnut bump up the tax (or don't bump up the 40% tax level)

I'd never class myself as remotely wealthy but I feel rather delighted that I made the decision to bail out and live in the Beautiful South when I hear stuff like this.
I dare say it's part of their plan and I fell for it but hey ho, life is too short.

I'm exaggerating slightly. Not totally unemployed - have had 8 days work so far this year

When I heard the SNP would not implement the new income tax changes that nice Mr Osborne promised and in addition the SNP want to change my council tax by potentially £40 per month in 2017 I was fuming. Wrote an email to the first minister ..... not that they care.

Stayed the same in Moray, does each County set its own?
Private water and sewage, we do not even get a dust bin collection, but we still have to pay it.
