The same as every other Police Stop, Speeding, Crash programme aside from the annoying nasal do-gooders who set up their own speed traps in the local village and complained because the Police insisted they provide make model and colour of the cars they reported as well as the registration and speed

Most of these shows have about 3 mins of worthy viewing action, padded out with 57 mins of waffle, "coming up" and adverts. I use to quite enjoy these shows, (not from a "how not to get caught" perspective you must understand) ...but now find them best viewed on fast forward, or not at all.
