Took one out for an iPhone 6S Plus with Mobile Phones Direct at £35.99 for unlimited/unlimited/4GB Data/no upfront cost with EE. Arrived next day.
Same deal with EE is £49.99.

Mobiles.co.uk which are part of Carphonewarehouse also have good iPhone 6s deals over last 2 months on non plus model worth checking out. If anything goes wrong you can use the shops.
With discount codes and upfront costs around £75 iPhone 6s 64Gb phones for around £31 searching web for the codes, bought 3 for the family in last month, paying for all of them and i'm the one left with a iPhone 5
