Can not imagine that hanging around for very long. CAT D does not really count at that price as long as you are planning to keep it.

Keep it in S_E, must be someone looking for one at present, all it needs is N1 TUT on the front.

Prices have certainly climbed, mine was £7500 last autumn (from RitchieK on here) and it's not a write-off!

I have an interested buyer wanting some v5 details from me, he wanted the number at 'K' which should be a type approval number but mine is blank. Are most v5's like this?

He is in France hence the reason for the type approval. I'm thinking if all v5's are like this he must require the coc certificate.

Just checked my Honda CR-V Phil, E11*2001/116*0234*01, so it looks as if there should be a number there.

Thanks Tut. If anyone has a lotus one it would be handy if they could check and see if they have one so I'm armed when I ring the dvla. Thanks, Phil.

It looks like from what I can find online that vehicles from 2003 would have something in this box but earlier cars require a coc certificate.
