Fencing.

First line of defence just completed.
Sheep = 1, Khan = 0
Even though that is all our land behind the fence, it is barbed wire and he can get through it to our neighbouring farm's sheep.

Just a local farmer who owns half the land and farmhouses around here along with his family. Old school salt of the earth that you do not even need to ask for a quote, all materials at cost, just pay him for his labour, no VAT, and meticulous with his work. Two days to do it, yesterday with his daughter and today with his wife.
All new posts and deer fencing, doubt if an elephant would get through it, and gates at both ends of the house. I estimate it will be around £800. He is also going to level the track and drive with his digger, no re-surfacing yet but just to get rid of the worst of the lumps and holes and hopefully make it accessible for an Elise.

i really don't mind keeping the elise tut,
at least until you have silky smooth tar

Stuart graded and filled in the track and our drive today.
Could not believe the difference, it is now virtually flat and certainly Elise friendly. It will gradually deteriorate again with heavy rain or people driving too fast, but he charged me £75 so he can easily keep it in repair.

Next time it is pissing down walk the track and note the puddles
Then return and cut drains so the water no longer pools
Puddles are what wreck tracks
