Specifically, clockwise from M11 to M20.
How crowded / slow, and how late must I leave it to allow queues to abate?
Wondered about 7pm departure from Harlow area. Heading for Chunnel.

The TomTom website uses historical traffic data to provide estimates.

From my regular M25 experiences (albeit 10+ years ago), the one thing that I can confidently predict is, that it is unpredictable - no two days / journeys / commutes are ever the same traffic wise. Don't rely on an easy journey at any time.
