Youd have to pretty keen to avoid the Police to pay £1200
Not really sure what the benefit would be.

Airwave have lost the Emergency Services Network contract.
All blue light transmissions will be on a mobile network in the near future therefore making this device redundant

I was hoping one of the smarter types could manufacture a SE replica using a Raspberry Pi and some tinfoil...

Dead easy, don't speed and you will have no problem..........

ps:- saw in the P&J that a motorist was pulled at 119 on the A96 Abz - Inv road which equates to 109 on a 60, and he has been given a jail sentence. Oban Court not so bad after all.

Did 110 tuts, tried to run away, went to jail. Seems fine to me.

Never understand why someone in a legal insured car appears to receive a higher penalty than a thief in a stolen car. They don't like perverting the course of justice.

Not guilty (plea accepted) of doing 110 tuts, so locked up for running away!? I suspect there is more to it than reported if not that is one harsh sentence!!

Yup - the not guilty plea of 110 accepted, so jailed for evading the cops?
Just as well I've never done that.

Aye - typical thorough missing the point headline from the Daily Wrapper, but I'd guess they were locked up for the Perverting the Course of Justice charge, not doing 50-70mph on backroads.
