Not my cup of tea - do you think this will decrease or increase the value compared to a similar car ?

With that interior, it can only go down.

Not everyone's cup of tea but try finding a Evora with delivery miles for that price, if it was rhd i think it would have sold by now .

Don't find the interior TOO offensive think the LHD is holding back the sale.......seller should try shifting this on the continent.

LHD is no problem, you soon get used to it. I had N3 for seven years and barely lost a wing mirror.
Worth £2K more over the water when it comes to sell compared to a RHD.

It's a worry that I knew what car you were taking about without clicking the link.
I need to stop looking at Evoras.

I think it will be harder to sell in the short term as most buyers will be put off by the interior and LHD but in years to come it will have provenance that other cars don't so maybe as a long term benefit ?

The interior is fine, it's the exterior that looks pap.
Especially the big yellow gurning face

For it to be an investment, it'd have to be kept mint and original. I see it only having value as a garage queen for someone with a large collection.
The $650,000 thing is a nice story, but in reality, if you have a couple of stars with big wallets, its all publicity / doing a nice thing, and less about the actual car so is irrelevant imo..
For the general Lotus consuming public (ie us) it's no faster, no better handling, etc so is unlikely to hold much value more than a standard model with the same spec.
It's LHD so worth less in the UK, and it has odd styling which means you've instantly restricted the buyers.
If you fix the styling, it's the Naomi for Haiti model, designed by Naomi Campbell then redesigned by someone who thought they knew better.
If you're buying it because it's a low mileage Evora, it certainly looks cheap, but then it's a 2010 car. You can spend £6k less on a newer car with a service history, the same spec in a better colour and <25k miles.
2p..
