Really exciting times for Lotus, a bit of something for everyone.
Think I know which one I would like.

Question is do I really need two kidneys.

Achievable ambitions, all quite exciting and realistic targets that we will see rather than the promises from the Bahar era that were a step too far.
(SELOC will still moan though

)

Great to see the word lightweight being banded around a lot. It always seemed crazy to me that during the Bahar era, the main philosophy behind Lotus wasn't being pushed, especially in a world where fuel usage is more and more important..

Amazing that Lotus supplied the Tesla and Detroit Electric EV base vehicles yet had plans to produce their own V8s and bigger engines at the time when everyone was/is downsizing and fitting turbos and electric boost.
There must still be opportunities to mix some of the green tech into the new range to keep power up and emissions down?

ha ha, when we were at Hethel Mr G made us talk his new boss into building a 3-11. At that time he didn't even know what a 2-11 was until he saw Ali's and Stu's.
Fingers crossed

This is all positive stuff. Spin off as many derivatives as possible from the current range, for minimal development costs.
The 400bhp 2-11 sounds great, if they can price it correctly.

Jeremy

Looks like the future could be looking up (loved the "anything but a Panamera" comment).

Have you allocated my build slot for the 311 yet?
