Anyone know this Exige / Dealer in Fraserburgh??

Post by renmure » Wed Jan 07, 2015 5:49 pm

A friend is considering buying an Exige and asked me about this car in Murray Motors (Nooo.. not THAT Murray Motors) up in Fraserburgh. I hadn't heard of the garage and didn't recognise the car but wondered if anyone else knew any more.

I know Murray Motors Jim, I am just up the road from the Broch, so could pop up in N3 and have a look to see that he is not dealing with a muppet.

It's his sons car and it isn't at the garage, at least it wasn't went I went to look at it. The car is likely in Aberdeen beside Pitodrie football ground as that is where his boy stays. Never did get to look at it but he did assure me that it was extremely well looked after. Is a reasonable price for what promises to be a tidy car.

Was out in it this time last year (or maybe late 2012) and yes really nice condition, clean car. I was in it for all of 2 minutes but tony had it for a couple hours I think so can ask him more about it. Incidentally he ended up buying the exact same car down south (albeit a different colour) so will ask why.

Cheers both, will leave it at that for the present.

Seems a fair price for a two owner 17K or 21K miles car, depending on which advert you read, if it is in good nick with a service record.

Nice JPS one sitting in middle of the other Murrays when I was in the other week. Might have to make sure he was comfortable with previous ownership history though.

HaHa  ... The guy asking about the car is the bloke I bought the Ultima from and we did look at all the swap/px options at the time but he is really wanting a Ferrari and I am keeping mine :blackeye I think his plan is to get a reasonably priced Exige at the moment and easily move it on for the Ferrari later and that one did stand out as a reasonable price. :blackeye
