Chimney Specialist - Edinburgh(ish) area

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a chimney specialist?
We have a chimney which is blocked off and the previous occupants converted part of the chimney into a set of pull out drawers. Pulled them out tonight and discovered the back drawers are soaking wet.
Only been in the house 3 months so explains why they left heaps of fragrance liners/packets in the drawers so we did not notice the damp straight away
Thinking that the chimney has not been capped correctly and their is water coming down the back?
