Had same phone call a few weeks ago. She was very gratious when I told her that I thought the service department were a school of sharks that couldnt find their thumbs. I quickly summarised the grief I have had from them since I bought the car.
I added, "I know it isnt you so please dont be offended" because the young girl isnt the one f6789ing us around. Her final word was "Oh" At which point I said "Thank you but no, I would be talking the car elswhere from now on"

I got a call too a few weeks ago. I asked how much it would all be, they couldnt tell me. Went to Dans.
