If anyone ever listened to this (and you should) Tommy died this week.

Sad indeed, but given his character I imagine Alzheimers was devastating so I hope it was a release for him and his family. Two of my favourite radio presenters - I used to spend a lot of time in the states and listening to Car Talk (and the puzzler!) was one of the highlights of every trip.

I've been listening about a year and I made Suzy start listening to it too. She was genuinely upset, enough to phone me at work!

Alzheimers sucks even worse than Cancer, that normally takes you sooner.
Happened too many times now in our two families.

Same, my great grandad lived with us for a couple of years when I was a kid and watched it from the onset. Not a nice period.
