HMO Electricity Testing - Edinburgh

I have a flat in Edinburgh that I rent out and in order to get my HMO licence I need a couple of electrical tests carried out, can anyone give me a rough idea how much I can expect to pay for:

- An Emergency lighting certificate
- EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)

Also, if you could recommend anyone that could do this I'd appreciate it.

We use http://www.ies-edinburgh.co.uk for all our electrical work.
