Ive still got one, got it especially for spectating/ marshalling on the RAC rally in the early 80's - rally spectationg was the only time it was worn as it wasnt trendy enough for any other purpose but I cant bring myself to part with it

Yes, I had a Brutus parka, worn diligently to school for many years. Best coat I ever had!

Being more a child of the 80's, it was Lord Anthony Parka's for me - Navy blue, not dog turd brown, if you please

I had one of those with the orange lining when I was a school kid around 1980.
Great for everything except crossing the road!

Tut,
You've made me feel nearly as old as you, I had one in the 70's and that was way after I left school. Never mind my Exige still make me feel young.

Yep me too. Did anyone else do the midget impression in theirs or was that just my school.

I used mine as a cape, it was the early 80's and I was 6. It was also blue. I rememberthey made a come back in the early 90's but with massive hoods that had to be as flat as possible on your back.
Oh and nice dogs.

I watched some Game Of Thrones last night.
There was a midget but no sign of a Boris.
FYI For reasons I don't have a clue about they were known as Boris's at my school, short for Boris Borkle - Snorkle. Rhyming slang at it's best.
Yes, nice dogs too.
