Can you install American National Parks on a computer?

If it's anything like ios8, I'd steer clear, Tut...

Not bothering yet.

People are telling me they love some features others are saying how much they hate it.

Nope. Seems to be mostly cosmetic changes, arguably not for the better. The iCloud drive integration into Finder is so long overdue that anyone who needs that will probably already be using Dropbox.

Some changes to Mail, Calendar, iTunes and other apps, but I don't use them.

Nothing in it for me, so I'll just let this one slide.

I've installed it on my Mac Book Pro.
Now it's running pretty slowly.

Upgrades are not what they were. The new iPad Mini has a fingerprint button and that is it. The iPad Air2 is a worthwhile upgrade though. New processor, thinner, lighter, and better display.

I was on the Yosemite Beta program and had been running it separately on a USB3 drive, so I installed the GM final on my MBA, but would not have done if it had not been free. Big variance in results amongst users though, works fine on my MBA, is definitely snappier and opens windows quicker, and battery life has been improved a little, other than that the only difference you would notice is flatter icons. Safari is improved, I do not have an iPhone, but Yosemite is far more integrated with IOS 8.

No upgraded MBA, but they will have to do that next year to keep up with the competition. It is still basically the same as the 2010 version, same size, case, weight, and still no retina display.

Tut,

Have installed on both my MBPr (2013) and a (2014) iMAC, both were running Mavericks before and both upgraded without a hitch to Yosemite. Simple upgrade, some nice features, but not life changing.

upgraded my mac pro with it and have noticed a small difference in a few things but not earth shattering. It has resolved an issue I had with the D700 graphics cards when the screen would flicker when scrolling down a page so at least one positive outcome.
Disappointed that they never released a new thunderbolt display, guess it will have to be someone else 4k monitor then

Cheers Dave, some useful tips there. It was probably included before, but using voice dictation for long posts or letters with fn/fn is really useful to me as a non typist, and it is very accurate and fast.

Could they not have supplied the new 5K display as a separate Monitor Mike?

Apparently thunderbolt 2 ,display port 1.2 doesn't support the required band width for 5k and have to wait for the new to be released thunderbolt 3, display port 1.3 so that you can get the required amount of data down one cable. Seems to be typical of Apple now a days, everything is becoming half arsed so as to churn out new products. Bit miffed that I have a top range Mac Pro and no 4k (even) support from the manufacturer despite them using the fact it will support 3 x 4k monitors in their sales pitch.
