To do lists, no lotus content, advice again!

Im really sorry to keep using you guys as a personal adviser

Anyone use any simple programs for a "to do" list? I use evernote which is excellent but a little too much at times. Anyone use anything that has aps for blackbery, windows, android and linux but really basic, essentially just a list that synchronises with each device. When searching for this Id usually end up searching and installing ten different programs before I get something I want, just wanted to reduce the hassle.

OneNote fan here. Synchs via hotmail skydrive. Simple notes, rich text inc photo notes etc. Not much more than Evernote tbh.

Can't use it at work due to data protection which is a pain.

Dave Hay has developed an app but will let him introduce it.

I'll introduce Allthings for Dave, since he's unlikely to be up this time on a Sunday.

I'm a fan. Use on Windows, Android and iPhone. Evolving well and simple to use. Some features awaited but good focus from the team.

Indeed allthings started life as a really simple list sharing Web app and now Mobile app. It's progressed from a really simple list sharing app, to a more focused Task/Project Management app. Our focus has been on getting businesses signed up, therefore the Web app (logging in through your browser) has been taking priority of late in terms of development time.

We've recently just pushed new iOS & Android versions to App stores within the last 30 days and things have gone mental! The mobile app is now slightly more in line feature wise with the Web app, not to mention a lot more stable. There is a free version after the 30 day trial when you download the app, which is limited, but fine if it's just for the purpose of a shared list with the wife/friends etc.

Pro version has more features and Team version is meant for businesses. During the 30 day trial you get Team version and then choose what version you need afterwards!

Anyway, still some way to go in terms of making it super slick, but we're getting there and just employed another full time dev...

Thanks Tut, still a long way to go, but heading in the right direction! Just about to start on our Leave/Holiday planner in a month or so,which will give us another string to our bow!

I've been using Trello for a while at work. Very simple and good availability on most platforms. Best of all is it's free.

Whilst I'd love the support of everyone and to help back our software v's the big VC funded US boys, I've learnt pretty quickly over the last 15 months that not everyone wants you to succeed, but most importantly and more relevant, people want the best and quite often if something is free, that sways it!

Trello's a good product, way ahead of us in terms of VC funding and development, but I wouldn't say it ticks the box for easy to-do list, more akin to our Team edition and built for Agile/Scrum task/project management.
