Best IP changer

Post by r10crw » Wed Aug 06, 2014 5:15 pm

Ive been using HideIVPN for a couple years and its due for renewal but Im regularly having issues with the connection.

Just wondered what other folks are using, must be able to use UK ip and preferably US. Id also like to be able to use it with the Ipad and an android tablet but windows is the most important. Whats everyone's thoughts?

I've been using StrongVPN for the last few months without problem.
Good customer support and a server in Livingston so ping times & access speed are very good.
It let's me have a fixed IP address that I can use to access customer web portals that have IP filters on the firewall.
I don't know if they have an option to really hide your original IP address, it's US based so your IP address is never really hidden if the Feds come looking anyway! ;-)

Started using Vypr whilst on hols abroad - to watch Wimbledon and F1 on iplayer - and have been impressed by their Android app so far.

I use Overplay - The smartdns is handy when living in Ireland, as you can tweak the network settings on your smart TV, and use the iPlayer app amongst other things. :)

Thanks guys,

Had a quick look through and overlay seems to be good for multi-platform and reasonably priced so will be giving it a go shortly.

Cheers

both overlay and ipvanish are good. ipvanish uses tier1 network (the one used by netflix) and it's faster than overlay.
