Reccomended procedure for Lambda sensor change

Post by Baggy » Thu Apr 24, 2014 3:56 pm

1/ Sell car for what you can get for it.

2/ Buy new car with working lambda sensor.

Seriously.... 4hrs from undertrays off to back on... to change poxy sensor.

I recon they started with the lambda and built the car around it.

Still, emmissions now low enough to blag an MOT..... biscuit boost.... :drive

S1 111s (standard manifold) took quite a bit of jiggling to get the manifold out.

took it for a drive tonight and could swear i smelt unburnt fuel a few times.....

seems to go ok
