Back in the summer of 2012, when Lewis announced his move to Mercedes, it looked like a crazy decision. However, at the time, one commentator mentioned that Lewis had his eye on the long term as Merc were already working hard on the engine and car for the 2014 regs, more so than any other team. Well, so far, that looks to be coming to fruition. It remains to be seen how the season goes, but at this early stage, it looks like Lewis may just have made a sharp move. Besides, McLaren's unexpectedly poor performance last year underlined that Lewis was right to jump ship. Who'd have thought it back in 2012!?!

Meanwhile Lotus seem to be nowhere  ...I guess the team funding (or lack of) is showing its effects.

Looking forward to the weekend!

In the event of a Yes vote, Scotland would place ahead of Finland for World Championships per head of population as well.

Caught the end of Q2 and Q3 - Changable weather skewed the results, but definitely potential for an interesting year ahead... :thumbsup

No Sky, but it sounds like the BBC highlights could be worth viewing later

Haha, a subtle "don't say anything to spoil it for me!" :D

Even tho my sky was a blue screen, it recorded and was perfectly normal on playback....strange...

Anyhoo, very enjoyable and entertaining, the lesser downforce certainly appears to make the cars a much greater handful, which has to be a good thing, more reliant on driver skill :thumbsup
