You can buy them online from somewhere like http://bittylicious.co.uk/
Or buy them directly from individuals: http://localbitcoins.com/
There's also exchanges like http://bitstamp.net/

Why does your Paypal account keep getting restricted? I've had one for years with no issues after getting over the threshold to register.

Curious to hear what triggers this. I've used PayPal for years without problems. What are you buying/selling :?:

The only issue i've heard about is them being quite strict on limits to what you can send / receive between "friends"

I cant imagine Bitcoins will be acceptable currency to many buyers/ sellers at present and (personally) not sure if they yet offer a secure transaction

ok my paypal account keeps getting restricted cos i'm a dodgy barsteward.

but that was more than 180 days ago as i've recently been able to take the £2.5k out my paypal account! lol

i was buying stuff on ebay and then immediately relisting it, using exactly the same listing location and wording but adding a 0 onto the price.

and people were lining up to pay £50 for something sold on exactly the same site for £5!

so there you go - i'm not a nice person but frankly if you're stupid why shouldn't i take your money!? oh and although there were tons of complaints whcih is why i got banned - not one person got a refund thru ebay cos on each count they got exactly what was described in the add.

Can I suggest in that case if your customers are savvy enough to know how to procure and use bitcoins, they may be savvy enough to know not to pay 10x the worth of an item?

lol woody i'm not using bitcoin to do that kinda stuff.

the ebay scam started off as a pub conversation about how people perceive that cos they're paying more it must be a better product!

bitcoin seems to be huge in america which is good as i import a lot of pharma products from the states and canada which you can't get in the uk - nothing illegal, stuff like bac water, cost in america 48c sale price in the us £10.
