The House of Woofters is discussing a bill that they are putting forward to make it a criminal offence for anybody to be annoying or irritating in public.

The police together with the PPS can not enforce half of the serious cases at present, never mind jokes like that. It would just turn into a laughing stock.

Guy Faulks had the right idea, he just picked on the wrong House.

This'll be their new Ipnas (catchy name ) that they're wanting to replace Asbos with. The advantage of these from the laws point of view is they can be imposed without any evidence so will be far easier to implement than an Asbo. Slightly concerning IMHO if it goes through.

They just booted it out. (Quite rightly). The idea that someone could be charged with being annoying is a farce. Jesus I'd spend most of my time locked up.
