Any of the BT chaps online ?

Our phone/t'internet is down - we're doomed
Polite peeps in india say 3rd Jan before fix
(I argued 3 working days is 31st Dec, which fell on deaf ears ...).
Fault is apparently outside house - we're in Aberdeen.
How do we find out if fix is in a long queue ?
Thankfully I'm using A BT wifi hotspot near the house.

Got a call from Grant (I think) - was in town when he was at our front door. He called our house and I was able to hear our house phone ring through his other mobile
