Is it me or has Leona Lewis's Christmas offering ripped off benny Hill's Ernie (The Fastest Milkman in the West) - or am I imagining it. Listen to the LL melody then the BH lyrics on top - or vice versa. Yes/no?

Simon Cowell is probably taking a gamble that he won't get sued.............. as Spector is currently serving a jail sentence for murdering his wife
