interior lighting

Post by jimbo » Wed Nov 27, 2013 12:30 am

Anybody done anything to improve the interior lighting in their Elise? It's near impossible to see anything at all inside at night :x

Thanks

Can you read the dash?

Can you see to put your feet into the foot well?

In which case your interior lighting is just fine ;-)

Even the S2 has only a single 70s style interior light!

I always thought the single central light didn't do a bad job. I would agree though if you'd been in trying to find something behind the seat, it might be a little frustrating! :)

Watch on YouTube

Or replace existing bulb with an LED one (might need to modify the bulb carrier / holder to do this, but doubt it'd be too hard).

+1 for led light. Ultraleds.co.uk iirc. Get some side lights while you are at it :)

http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/led-product- ... -long.html check the size though.

Already got LED sidelights, and indicators for that matter too, but I think you've just solved my interior problems now :thumbsup
