NLC stair gate

My little one is now 11 months old and is getting scarily mobile! Living in a townhouse I've a real need for some stair gates, but I don't want to ruin my bannisters by having to drill straight into them.

Anybody got any recommendations for what sort to get/where to get them?

Cheers

We have...

No need for any drilling, however ours go at the doorways.

I have a couple of the pressure gates similar to Mikes above on the stair across the balustrades, they need adjusting regularly but work fine, saves screwing the balustrades. :thumbsup

We have a similar setup that used to stop the kids tumbling down the stairs but now they are 9 and 11 we use one at the bottom to prevent the dog going upstairs :)

:damnfunny

I now only have one at the top to, (yep you've guessed it), stop the dog going upstairs and sleeping in the beds.
