There are new upgrade packages being offered for the S. I think it's 390hp, And 420hp!

I've been quoted the following:
Pair of exhaust manifold including pre-cats and two into one: £1900 (in stock)
Set of high lift & duration camshaft + valve springs set: £1600 (in stock)
Ported cylinder head (based on dismounted donor bare heads): £1800
All prices are + VAT

Is that for an S or N/A Evora?
Did they say what kind of output you should acheive after the work is done? I take it there's a re-map required after this work is done to get the best out of it.
Cheers.

Those were for a N/A. I think the power gains arnt massive but with all three you'd end up with 320-330bhp. I agree it's not cheap but that was an initial price quote:-)

Is that fitted or supply only ?
If in the market, which I'm not, I'd be looking at prices for trading in the Evora for the S in preference to an aftermarket upgrade.

That's not great, I've got 310bhp (according to Ecotune's dyno) from fitting sports back box, 2Bular De-cat and Radium CAI kit, so for that kind of cash I'd be wanting assurance of a lot more.

Swindon are known for their quality, not necessarily their VFM for the average punter(well, their focus is race engines).. The 2GR-FE seems to respond very well, and a full exhaust (incl. manifolds), airfilter and a remap nets about ~320 FWHP
With the same modifications but with ported / flowed cylinder heads and matching cams, springs and perhaps rev-limit increase, I'd 'assume' you were looking at ~100bhp/L

Sounds more like it.

From what I have read on various forums:
radium Cai + sports exhaust+3rd car delete= gives in the region of 290-300bhp
Various reports regarding less restrictive headers suggest that on a 2grfe can help yield in the region of 325bhp
The cylinder head work and cams on discussion over the phone , should yield approx 30bhp
I guess it's not as simple as adding up the numbers and a remap may be necessary:-)
Theoretically you'd imagine 350bhp should be possible.... but that seems a lot so I'm not convinced...
But if it were achievable the car would be pretty fast considering its lighter
than a supercharged one;-)
What kills it for me is he said the cams and head were an engine out job:-(
Might make sense if I have to do the clutch at some point

I'm wondering what it takes to get the S up to 500bhp. I've already got the full decat manifolds and sports cat. Going to pop an e-mail over to them to find out.

The guy told me 400bhp was possible on a n/a but would
cost some serious money:-(
It's just nice that there are options out there:-)
