Shipping Dampers from UK to France

Post by KennyT » Mon Sep 23, 2013 12:53 pm

I have my Exige in Paris and am having to replace two dampers, they are currently at Murrays and looking at having them sent over here to fit.

Does anyone have a suggestion to save a few quid on shipping? They will be heavy and in a fair sized box, an expensive combination.
I could do with them here in the next two weeks, does anyone get favorable shipping rates I could use?

Thanks in advance,

Kenny

I would just parcel2go it - you can send a 20kg 80cm x 25cm x 25cm box on a TNT 5 day service for £16+VAT.

Dampers aren't that heavy. You'll be sub-10kg all packaged up. As above, Parcel2go is about the easiest way..

Remember to consider insurance if they are worth anything..

4x Exige bilstiens cost us a bit over 20 I think, in the UK insured up to £400 recently via parcel2go.
