I was watching that live yesterday too , streaming from the BBC. Not much happening after a couple of hours so put it off ... glad I did now learning this morning it took 19 hours. Doesn't take away from the genius engineering effort involved however.

Something about ship wrecks that freak me out!
Fascinating stuff...we'll catch this on the Discovery Channel soon....

Wonder if they will find the other two bodies. :?

Top Gear should have done a special - can you imagine clarkson and may? May would have been doing it 100 times slower than the 19 hours it took, clarkson would have opened the taps and let rip, barrel rolling the whole thing twice before crashing it back into the island and sinking a couple of tugs along the way ;-)

Although it will be a grisly discovery, I do hope they do ... terrible for the families not knowing for sure :-(

Im not sure how bodies are affected under water?

I really hope the 2 missing are found,

did you know it took 37 years to recover Donald Campbell's body after he wrecked K7 on the last Coniston run?

a recent visit tot he Ruskin museum was very enlightening - his actual suit he was wearing when the body was recovered is on display there!

Regardless of any piscine activity, human bodies erode much faster under water.
