You wouldn't believe the amount of people who never read the ad and thought it was £10. Pistonheads won't let you put text in the price or £0.

Have I just missed it or is there not actually a price in the advert?

It says priced for a quick sale but I can't see a price.

You won't get much response if people don't know how much you're looking for.

I never bother with adverts which just invite offers- you must know how much you want for it so just ask for that!

I probably wouldnt bother if there was no price , I would be suspicious of a scam or its so expensive its not worth bothering - you need a starting point so people know if its in their league.

I agree, put up the price you want for it.

If I was searching for a car I'd set a max and min value and search for that. SO either folk aren't seeing the advert as they set they're minimum at 15K, or they just don't want to waste there time as they expect the car is too much money

Unfortunately the Cat status is a killer and most people wont pay 15+ for cars like this. Most folk here understand the cars like new but the vast majority are too scared to take a risk. My Exige S, 2006 running 300+ BHP was sold for 17K 4 years ago in very good condition, just the way it is unfortunately.

And the biggest problem with that is the resale because when you come to sell it on you will have the same difficulty. Shame as it's a great spec and car.

You can have the Cat D removed from it's HPI check by having a Autoline inspection done on the car. £265 for the inspection but they are all in middle England which is a PITA.

Before seriously considering an Autoline instpection, it might be worth some further investigation.

The few things I've read indicate that the car is still Cat C / D, but is indicated as Condition Inspected rather than Condition Alert.
