The Apprentice.

Should not really watch it, but it is just the fascination of watching a bunch of jumped up pricks trying to outdo each other, and failing miserably as there is nothing there to outdo.
This one seems to be even more overhyped with the description of themselves, has to be manufactured for effect, as even they could not come out with that crap without reading it from a script.

We met one of the girls on it when we were in Thailand last year; hung out with her and her husband for a week, few dinners and a day boat trip the four of us - nice folk.
Completely at odds with the cringe I just watched although all she's done since I met her is talk about her fake cans on Facebook

cannot understand why anyone would want to go through it.

If by fake cans you mean Walter Mittys, then I wholeheartedly agree!

We enjoy the programme as an overall escapist experience, really. Nick and Karen are as much fun to watch as the no-hopers, half the time
The You're Fired programme is also always excellently hosted by Dara O'Whassisname.

Well there is a surprise, the overweight black girl with the funny hair, who addressed "LORD SUGAR" as "listen man", and got the great reply of "I am Lord Sugar", got the sack.

Totally agree with your comment Tut. She showed no respect at all. Also when the guy opened his mouth at the end of the boardroom meeting, I think everyone that was watching must have been saying 'keep quiet you idiot, your only bringing more unwanted attention to yourself'.

It's one of those programmes you cannot put down, despite it being as sh!te and formulaic as it has become. And the fact i cannot stand Lard Sweetex. I swore I'd not watch it this year, and yet there I was glued for 90mins to the box unable to turn it off....
Dara's show is always good - especially last night's, which was helped by the fact the sacked girl was actually quite charismatic and entertaining on it.
As for the totty. There certainly is some, but it's like a freak show of cosmetics department Aunt Sallys. Some serious use of the trowel evident!! Ugh.

Stalkerbook is full of people commenting on it.
Doesnt personally appeal to me, but then i dont watch much tv.

It's only good because it's so bad. The people on it are so full of themselves you've got to see it to believe it. Then they generally make a sh*t job of everything and blame each other whilst still going on about how great they are themselves and what a fantastic job they did. It's entertaining for all the wrong reasons. I can't help but watch it. Sad but true
