Hi Folks,
Currently got a Fiat Punto that I got for the kids to learn to drive in, that idea wasn't a success as Scott doesn't seem to want to learn, oldest daughter decided to do her bike test and get a bike. As a result I sorned the car. Its currently not taxed, Mot'd or insured. Can anyone tell me what to do to un sorn it apart from the obvious MOT, insurance and tax.
Cheers
Graham

That's it. Insure, MOT and tax in that order = no sorn.

Just remember when you take for an mot that you book it in first, otherwise you have no proof that you haven't just been using it, and they can do all sorts of nasty things if they stop you on way to the test station.

Just remember to take all the docs with you to the Post Office if you get it taxed there.

You can tax it on line Graham when you have the rest in place, and it is automatically unsorned.

...but this will only work if you are already in the month if it's SORN
So for example, if you want to tax for May, you'd have to wait until the first, you couldn't do it today.
You are however allowed to drive about with the old disc (or no disc..) until the new one arrives, I think they say 5 days or something.
