0.1° Resolution Protractor & Depth Gauge

Need to buy 2No "0.1° Resolution Protractor & Depth Gauge" - have located this company in the US and their UK outlet but they are failing with their deliveries. Has anyone got any ideas where I could buy these or something similar. They are to fitted to pipespools subsea to allow the divers to measure spool deflection. Any ideas much appreciated

I had a look in the Engineering supply, Peter campbell sales and Cromwell catalogues but I couldn't see anything. It's maybe worth giving them a call.
