A long way through a cars life for a mass recall of 3.4m cars  In the UK, Toyota, Nissan and Honda are all recalling certain models sold between 2000-04.

Could this affect the airbags in the Evora? I'm assuming they're Toyota sourced?

I would doubt it; this would appear to be for cars from 2000 - 2004, so I would assume, even if the Evora did have the same parts supplier, it would be from later stock than that.

Wonder if the Toyota powered Elise of that era raided the parts bin other than just the engine i.e. Toyota airbag system ?
