Der Beast, but what is it?

Post by Gareth » Mon Mar 11, 2013 5:08 pm

Picked up a new car today so for fun (and those that don't know...) what do you think it is going by the noise?
Crappy clip but used for sound!
10 points to Gryffindor for correct answer.

Haven't listened to the clip but going to guess German and probably a V8. If its for fun, possibly an old RS6 or E39M5?

I was thinking a Merc when listening to that clip, but unable to narrow down any further.

Without listening to it, I'm guessing the C63 is a good shout given that you were questioning the running costs on PH recently and then said you'd put a deposit down

You should probably get used to this sight very quickly.

Looking good and you'll be able to get your bike in the back as well.

Lovely lovely things. Saw three beached by the side of the road this morning on the way to work. Sounded great, owners applying Clarkson logic to the problem of grip
