I have two non payers for goods on Ebay (11 days since auction ended)
One wanting to do a deal outside of Ebay and I have asked him to complete by paypal
One not responding to requests for payment
What is the usual etiquette afforded to these w*nkers?
I cannot be bothered going through any Ebay dispute resolution and tempted just to relist items
Any Ebay pikees on here?

If you go down the dispute way, at least then eBay refund your sellers fees (assuming seller doesn't then decide to pay).
However, I went the dispute method once. Buyer then sent me a message (via eBay messaging) saying that he'd just pay to get them off his back & then upon receipt raise a 'not as described' case so he got his money back. He did as well... and even though all the evidence was in the ebay messaging system to show he was at it, eBay forced me to accept a return & refund. Shambles.
I have no signature.

Leave them negative feedback as non-payer (if you can) and move on ... life's too short.
Cheers,

Yup negative feedback and then make a second chance offer to the next in line.

I think if you relisted the same item, you will not get charged sellers fees again, as they will see that you havnt been paid.
By leaving negative feedback, you stand a chance of entering a feedback war.
I would relist, and move on!

i just won a feedback war quite easily - eBay are surprisingly helpful when you get duped by a non-payer.

Not a fan of the 'resolution center', and once you open a dispute, you can only do it once for a particualt option, so make sure you don't agree to closing the dispute until the resolution is actually to your satisfaction. I bought a set of Exige dampers once, paid for them but they never turned up. Seller had no proof of delivery etc. (even though I paid extra for postage) but we can to an agreement to refund at least half the value if I ended the dispute. I foolishly did this before recieving anymoney, and the 'seller' subsequently basically told me to p$$$-off as I had closed the dispute and he knew there was no further recourse for me. Contacted eBay and they just say sorry but you can only have once dispute. Second mistake was I let it drag on past 30-days or something, so couldn't even leave negative feedback on the theiving 'person'..
Sorry, rant over. I'd just advise you to do whatever quickly and to the point.

I've experienced same - buyer wins auction then vanishes. No payment, no replies, nada.
After 4 days (IIRC) you can open a 'non payer' dispute. Seems the best way forward, even though ultimately it just means you get any seller fees re-credited and you can auction again. You cannot leave feedback once you've opened such a dispute.
I add any such vanishers to my blocked bidder list (and publish their eBay handle on the relist description).
