URGENT - STOLEN RACEPOD - now with PICS & Video

HI Guys

Would really appreciate it if everyone could be on the look out for my stolen racepod.

Some utter scumbag stole it from outside our warehouse at 5am on Monday. As I've not been there this week and my manager is on holiday this only came to light today.

The suspects I will show you a video of when we've had time to enhance it, and we've got their registration. All caught on our CCTV which was directly above them, and shows them leaving towing the bloody thing along the road.

For those of you that dont know what this is or looks like -




It has massive Lotus Sports stickers on the sides, and a huge http://www.amp3.co.uk on the side.

Theiving barsteward were in a Diahatsu Sportrack and the reg was either C857 WVP or K857 WVP or similar. Male & female suspects - male in a camoflage jacket, female looks like a blonde Waynetta Slob.

Any information etc greatfully recieved

A quick google brings K857 WVP as a Ford Escort Estate, C857 WVP doesn't exist.

Might be worth mentioning what colour the Sportrack was?

thanks guys - havent had time to straighten out the exact plate chaps - only found out at 4pm, and we've an experience weekend so been working out a way to get the race car out.

Car looks like a dark green sportstrack or similar - will let you know what the police come up with, and then the hunt begins..... will watch Ransom tonight

Didn't realise this was Monday on your FB post. Mine was spotted being sold the next day at Inverurie market - Police where informed but their telephone enquires didn't produce any results Hope you have better luck.

I'd be checking racecarsforsale as well as fleabay, gumtree, PH etc. Unlikely tea leaves will have a race car to transport, more likely nicked cos they'll think it has a value.

Was empty fortunately, but its been invalauble since we got it. Just gutted, and its a major issue for the experience operation!

Here's hoping we can sharpen the resolution on the reg, and get these gits!

Have posted a link on some UK hillclimb/sprint forums . . .

Its a constant worry, I've been considering a GPS/GSM trailer tracker unit for my trailer, something I can set up a geofence so that if it's moved, I know immediately . . . for a few hundred quid it's worth it if you have a valuable trailer, never mind the contents.
