What 1 thing sticks out about your Lotus that you like? It might be somthing little from interior to performance, thought this would be a good topic to see everyones thoughts.
I love being able to go round tricky corners with speed knowing that the car is more than capable of handling them...

I love the fact that despite not getting to drive it as often as I'd like, just seeing it parked up is enough to cheer me up!
Driving wise it's still the gear change, so precise and just feels right!

I love that it's allowed me to meet so many helpful people... Like AA low loader drivers!

Well I just took the vx to work today and couldn't wait for the drive home. The lightness and purity of the steering are the big thing for me but with a roof and heater. As above the friends and memories is a big thing.
I honestly forgot how great these cars were, I've been driving a 200 horse mini and it's so boring by comparison, and slower too!

I loved the way people moved over as soon as they spotted you in the mirror. No other car I've owned had the ability to move people out of the way like this. The lightness, cornering ability and and pure driving pleasure were also some key factors in why I will have another.

I love how it hides under a Vauxhall badge and shell suit, thus confuses even more people as to what it is... Oh, it drives 'nae bad' either...

The way the rear end squirms when the power kicks in. Hoping one day to be able to do power and corners at the same time.

All of the above, and without it I would not be here having the discussion.
I bought an S1 twelve years ago, and never wanted anything else since. Sun up, roof off, Scottish roads up here, unbeatable. I have not had the advantage of some of you driving super cars, but N1 and N3 have gone through 115, 180, 190, 220, and 300 hp between them, so it has been a great learning curve.
A combination of 750kgs, brilliant road holding and handling in a narrow chassis along with plenty of power, just makes it unswappable. Then again, Verian says that I am easily satisfied.

I certainly noticed the loss of downforce coming from an exige but have to say it makes it even more fun. Also agree will never own another make. It feels perfect in every way. Hats of to Mr Gourlay and Jen for that though

Lane clearing - try and Atom, Lambo or Red Fezza or 2-11 - thats highly amusing.
The 340R had the most sublime steering of any car I've driven. Would be convinced (it was so light) that i was about to understeer off the road, but then your brain would realise , as you turned, that it was actually just that good, that direct, that accurate - every movement of your hands just translated directly to the tarmac. Lightness and purity of purpose meant braking was epic to, and with the new Nitrons, OMG the handling was almost too good. Too hard to put it sideways, and post Atom that was a big culture shock!
Racing them, drifting them, track days and walshy days, frolics, TT's - thats were you start to realise why you put up with the compromises. Few cars will put up with the diverse abuse, and keep going, and with such minimal running costs, followed of course by the usual band of nutters of a similar mind and madness.

I can't improve on that.

The driving experience of a Lotus has never been beaten for me.
My budget is never likely to allow a supercar to grace the drive - and even if I could afford it I'm not sure they could match a Lotus.
What I particularly like about the Europa is the torque. It pulls like a train yet it still feels light and nimble.
Did I mention the looks - sitting in traffic and seeing the car reflected in shop windows and that glance back after you park.
