Oh, and thanks to Si for the lift, cheers geezer! (Top up that coolant, it's a bit scary)
Didn't see any cloaks or daggers

But it was good to finally put names to some faces at last! And very interesting getting a close-up look at big noisy metal birds. Crappy weather though, hope it's better for those of you doing KH tomorrow! Anyway, thanks very much to Rich for sorting this out (and to everyone else at the base for putting up with us), was a cool evening.

Shame about the weather.
Good to meet up with everyone, nice road run, shame about the level of grip.
Interesting little stop off at mecury motors, some nice little run abouts. MG with a K series conversion... interesting.
The rest of the lads in the bar were very friendly, looks like a good bunch of lads your working with Rich... your going to miss them when your away.
Thanks for another great day.

Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
Many thanks for organising the Squadron day Rich, great attendance, and they all seemed to enjoy a well organised tour of the Tornados.
Even the weather was kind to us on the run, and John found some good narrow back roads that were fun to drive. Until we got to Leuchars of course, but you can not have everything, and the BBQ and beer made up for it.
As we left, someone mentioned that the cost of the BBQ was £2, if that is so, then apologies as we did not pay, but let me know and I will send you £6.
Cheers

opps - sorry for the delayed response.
Both Mandy & I had a great time - thanks very much. She's still a bit nervous turning up to these events on her own even though she pre-dates a fair number of the guys on here these days.
Mark, my pax, had a blast and said you were all really nice guys - I haven't put him straight yet......
