Specifically a 4 bed (or 3 bed and a decent sized box room) ground floor flat in Marchmont/Bruntsfield/Edinburgh?
We're in the perverse position of having been able to sell our place (we thought the market was crap and it wouldn't shift but it went in less than 4 weeks) and we can't find anything right in our Budget (£450K)...
So if anyone was doubting there are buyers...
