I'm back!

Post by Tom » Tue Jan 04, 2011 10:35 pm

Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone! We've finally got the phone/internet connected - took a bit longer than expected what with the festive season/weather etc. but we're back online at last!

It's been a busy few months. Gill and I both quit our jobs, sold our house, and we've moved to France to set up a gite business (hence my dropping off the radar). Our new website's up at http://www.gandtgites.com and we've already had our first visitors from SE for a New Year preview! Hopefully we'll see a few more of you down here at some point - check out the super-special introductory season prices :D :D

Anyway, hope you're all enjoying a good new year and didn't get too cold with all that snow :thumbsup

Welcome back on-line and good luck with the new lifestyle. Not a bad move escaping from Scotland just as we have the worst weather since the ice age.

Welcome back Tom - will we see your post-count rocket again like in the I-Train days?!

The website is very swish indeed, and you've really Tom-and-Gill-ified the place - it looks sweet!

We'll be down to visit at some point .. if we can bear the thought of another road-trip to France. Perhaps once we've got some sort of DVD thingy to keep junior happy on the motorway
