Evening all,
I'd be very grateful if anyone could point me in the direction of a reliable car transportation company - I have a project car (NLC) which has been in for a respray across in Kilmarnock but is now ready for collection - after 8 years (I kid you not

)! Car is on 4 wheels but minus gearbox, most of the engine, and most of the inside etc and will need to be trailered. I need to get the car back to the Scottish Borders but can't get time off to organise van hire, trailer hire, etc. Any recommendations much appreciated.
Squid.

John shifted my Esprit from Moffat to Preston no worries at all. Shifts cars all over the country, drop him a line and see if he can help.
One man and his transporter but very competitively priced

I'd have absolutely no problem using him again.

Rich - brilliant thank-you - e-mail sent. All I need to do now is remember what colour it is and find all the missing bits!

Its a 74 Scimitar - my first car. Completed a bottom-end rebuild on it back in 94, and was then promptly mugged by a Land Rover on the A68 near Otterburn on the way home. The Scimitar lost! By the time the LR driver had conceded responsibility (Min of Agriculture and Fisheries), it had been off the road too long to do a quick re-build. So, new body fitted (hence the respray). Plan is to prep it for road rallies and hill climbs. Have a second MOT'd Scimitar to sit along-side whilst I figure out how it all goes back together! Its a bit different to the Elise...

Ali at SLS may be able to do it, but it can be akin to tracking down the scarlet pimpernel at times.
He also has a friend that does this sort of stuff also.
