its one of the lesser powered ones, but with 460 kg's it should be rapid

Don't talk to me about Pheasants - collected one on the way back from Mexi Towers. Fortunatly it had the decency to take off just before I struck it, so it was more of an elevation assistance as it's arse squeeked it's way up the bonnet and windscreen.
Fortunatly there was no damage (to the car). I'm just glad I went solo as the arc it took would have put it right into the cab of an elise 2 or 3 cars back. Very gracefull even in death, something we should inspire too.
