Great drive by Button. So easy on those tyres. Such a pro.
Great to see Ha Ha Ha Hamilton off. Whiney little sh*t.

tbh, almost a role reversal, I was waiting for Button to come on the radio saying "My tyres are going off, the car is terrible" but he kept his head and it all come off for him. Hamilton on the other hand
The Mclaren team will be in line for some top moans this season i'd say!
Shame Alonso didn't get past Massa, he's have easily got Kubica I reckon.
...a whole point for Schumacher, and a Lotus finished again!
All in all, dare I say it, a good race!

That was a really good race. Particularly funny when Hamilton through his dummy out of the pram.

Good to see Lotus finish ahead of the other new teams.
Button showed he can cut it- I expected Hamilton to show him a clean pair of heels but Button was a class above in that race.
Kubica has to be the surprise of the race though.

I suspect the team brought Hamilton in in order to separate him from Button on the track; otherwise Button would have been fighting with Hamilton and they would gone home empty handed
If I was Hamilton, I would be pretty pissed off too. I'm surprised he tried to go around the outside of Alonso - he should remember what happened at Spa when they were on the same team
Cheers,
Robin

It was good to see that Button's win was largely down to his tyre call. A victory for driver judgement over all those rooms of computers and simulators at McLaren HQ though I bet Button thought he had blown it whwn he went into the kitty litter.
Hamilton seemed very rattled, maybe his driving syle isn't going to suit the new regs and although probably a faster driver than Button may well be a hare and tortoise season.
Still think Vettel will do well if they can get some reliabiliy.

At least we had some excitement, racing and overtaking, though I think that was purely down to a wet start, changing quickly to dry.

The Aussies always were bad losers.
Did you here the miserable kangaroo shaggers booing Button when he got his Trophy? I like Webber but glad he was not on the podium.

A real champion's drive by Button. I was one of the many who thought he would be outclassed by Hamilton at McLaren, so it is great to see him being so relaxed and doing so well. Hamilton by contrast looked his usual petulant self when things don't go his way. My money is still firmly on Alonso for the title though. And what about Schuey? Once again he looked very ordinary. Is he just taking time to get up to speed or has he lost it?

Indeed, what he said!
Awesome GP, really really good, and a more deserved winner I cannot think! I am delighted for JB. New team for him, racing with the favoured one, they chanced their luck pulling him in early, and it paid off. I loved the way the commentry team were slating McLarens decision, and then realised that perhaps it was the right decision! Although now i see that it was actually Jenson who called the tyre decision apparently, so moaning git Hamilton should stop his moaning!
Well done Kubica as well!

He spent 16 laps behind Alguersuari, so either the Merc is well below the other top teams, he has not got enough miles in yet, or he is not able to drive at that level any more, which would not be surprising.

good drive by button and kubica.
Massa seemed like a rolling road block for most of the race, which was a shame for alonso, as he was probably the best driver out there, considering his 1st corner incident.
Not sure why there are still so many hamilton haters. He had a great drive, ruined by poor strategy and mark webber.

I think it's more likely they were booing the MP who presented the trophy, much the same way as most MPs here would get booed. Personally, I would prefer to have been 2nd on that podium and got the trphy from John Travolta.
An excellent race though, the complete opposite of the Bahrain. Bring on the rain.

I'm with you, I thought Hamilton drove well and performed some blinding overtaking moves, just all seemed a bit scrappy around him........ Webber drove like a dick.

I'm not a huge Hamilton fan, but I thought he did have a good race which was spoiled by his petulant remarks over the radio. Perhaps he's not realise that he's not the world champion or even the lead car in the race so will be the one that will be given the "iffy" decisions to try and make up places.
I'm sure in future races it will be Button who has to take the iffy decision when Hamilton is in the lead, sometimes they work - other times they don't.
